Our Mission

At Team Mass Basketball it has always been our mission to:

• provide player skill development, build confidence, and hold our players accountable 
• to make this opportunity as affordable as possible to all families. We will suggest ways for teams to fundraise if players need ways to offset expenses with playing or potentially traveling.  We also have ways for players or parents to work some of your balance off at our locally ran tournaments, whether it be volunteering or keeping score.  
• We want you to respect to your coaches, teammates, opponents, referees
• show integrity, 
• keep the youth busy and out of trouble
• We want to instill that winning isn't always everything, as long as you're learning from your mistakes and what to improve and work on.  There will always be a player/team better than you out there.
